We are MOBILE gyms. We come to you. We can trailer all our equipment to beaches, parks, fields, gyms, and even homes where we unload our equipment on site. We have a FULL LINE of QUALITY EQUIPMENT, Free weights, Olympic weights, Olympic bars, benches, squat racks, kettle bells, sleds, ploy-boxes, ladders, hurdles, slide boards, speed bands and much more. Our set up only takes 5-10 minutes. We like to have enough space to do have the option of doing sprint work, but if that is not available we can use yards, driveways, and garages. We have enough compact equipment we can even use a basement rec room!
We often train teams along basketball, volleyball and field sidelines, in fact a majority of our team and club training is done this way.
Parents LOVE when we are able to train at the same place and time of team practices. There is no extra driving, or hectic scheduling in order to get training in. Coaches LOVE that they do not have to take valuable court time to do conditioning. As a coach or club director you will have reassurance that your athletes’ volume and training intensity is completely managed along with the coaches input to enhance, not hinder practices and competition schedules.
If your team or club is utilizing a school or public facility we do have the capacity to carry a facility rider and have done this quite often.
