Inlcudes: Monday Speed and Jump Sessions with specific defensive and ball handling skills work.
Tuesdays and Thursdays – Myo facial release, Mobility work, Injury prevention with special attention to ankles, knees, hips and shoulders, strength training and conditioning.
Sessions are developed with age appropriate exercises, athletes will be challanged at their own levels and abilities in a fun environment!
